How each sculpture is born
Four stages. Decades of craft in each one. This is what separates a factory piece from a work forged with Mexican soul.
Casting
Recycled aluminum is melted in furnaces at 660 degrees Celsius. The liquid metal is poured into molds prepared by hand by our masters, who have spent generations controlling every spark, every bubble, every movement of the crucible.
Forging
Once the piece has solidified, the real work begins. Hammer, anvil, and fire shape the silhouette. Each blow is deliberate, each curve born from the tension between the blacksmith's strength and the will of the metal.
Polishing
The finish is achieved by hand, with progressive-grain sandpapers and inherited tools. We do not use polishing machines: each surface reveals the character of the aluminum thanks to the eye and pulse of an artisan.
Detailing
The final step is the soul. Patinas applied with patience, shadows worked with a chisel, eyes that come to life. Each piece is signed by the master who completed it. One of a kind, unrepeatable.
